Thank you for shopping at ProSaintis! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Sale items, personalized items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Provide order information: Please have your order number and the reason for your return ready.
  3. Receive return instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  4. Ship the item back: Please pack the item securely and send it back to us using the provided return label or shipping method.

Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • You will be refunded to your original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will process your exchange.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Exceptions:

  • Certain items, such as [List Exceptions], are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that are damaged or defective due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kiosk Lot D07 Jalan Lingkaran Ilmu, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, 81310 Johor Bahru, Johor.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
